Renee (Occupational Therapist) will conduct a 350-point home safety assessment of your home.  She’ll assess all aspects of the safety and accessibility of the exterior and interior of your home. She will also provide a general functional physical assessment and will incorporate her understanding of disease progression with functional flourishing into her recommendations.

Renee will provide a comprehensive digital and hard-copy recommendations write-up ranging from simple inexpensive adaptations to complex architectural modifications.

Finally

Renee will provide community resources, product links, and personal recommendation/connections to help implement the recommendations for maximal in-home flourishing.
